How do I configure my email account in Entourage?
1. Open Entourage.
2. Click the "Tools" menu and select "Accounts..."
3. Select "Mail".
4. Click "New" and Select "POP" from the Account type pull-down.
5. Click "Configure account manually" and fill in the required information. You will need the password you used to set up the account. The POP and SMTP servers will both be "mail" and your domain name (i.e. mail.yourdomain.com).
6. Be sure to check/enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
If you've configured everything correctly, you should be able to "send and receive" with no errors.
